A short highland escape built around tea estates, hidden waterfalls and the island's most beautiful train journey, ending at the natural pools of Diyaluma.

   Day 1

   Kandy & the Climb to Tea Country

   Airport → Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

   Head inland to Kandy for the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, then climb past Ramboda Falls into cool tea country.

   Day 2

   Horton Plains & the Blue Train

   Nuwara Eliya → Horton Plains → Ella

   Dawn hike to World's End and Baker's Falls, then board the blue train through the estates down to Ella.

   Ella & Lipton's Seat

   Ella → Haputale → Ella

   Sunrise at Lipton's Seat above the Dambatenne estate, a factory tour, then Ravana Falls and the Nine Arch Bridge in the afternoon.

   Diyaluma Falls & Departure

   Ella → Diyaluma → Airport

   Hike to the upper pools of Diyaluma Falls for a morning swim before the drive back to the airport.
